Brooke Avenue ships to the following regions:

Spain
Mexico
United States (U.S.)

We do not ship to countries outside these regions. This limitation allows us to ensure transparency regarding delivery times, the proper application of shipping rates, and compliance with applicable regulations concerning transportation and international e-commerce.

2. Delivery Times

The total estimated delivery time is up to 15 business days from order confirmation, depending on the destination.

The delivery process consists of two stages:

This includes order validation, personalization when applicable, packaging, and handover of the order to the carrier.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process based on:

The destination country
The weight and/or volume of the order

If promotions, discounts, or free-shipping periods are available, they will be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.

For shipments to Mexico and the United States, any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise.
